Ensure social media strategy aligns with company goals and values.Create and share engaging daily content, including text, images, and videos that promote the company's brand. Ensure content is well-written, accurate and timely.Measure the success of social media campaigns using KPI's. Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media posts. Analyze social media channels to build a community of followers and enhance interaction.Create and update social media editorial calendar.Collaborate with divisional teams to create content on how to market a brand and promote its products using social media.Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies.Attendance at work is an essential function of the job.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field.EXPERIENCE:1-2 years' experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.Proven work experience utilizing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and others.SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong creative mindsetWe offer competitive compensation and excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, and a non-contributory 401k plan.RBC Bearings is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
