Geriatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Practical Nurse to join our team at Presbyterian Senior Living. As a Geriatric Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
* Participate in daily resident rounding and provide emotional support to residents and their families
* Assist with insertion and maintenance of IV therapies for residents
Requirements:
* Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure (LPN) required
* One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
* CPR certification required
What We Offer:
* Competitive hourly rate: $31 - $34/Hour
* PLUS $4/hour Second Shift Differential and $2/hour Weekend Differential
* $3000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time
* $1500 Sign on Bonus for Part Time
* Flexible scheduling options, including PRN shifts
