Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Litigation Paralegal Specialist to assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and trial.
• Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
• Organize and maintain case files, documents, and exhibits.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed.
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology.
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
