Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, catering to both regular patrons and special events.
  • Oversee daily staffing needs, including work allocation and performance goal setting for team members.
  • Train and educate kitchen staff on compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and manage budgetary constraints, focusing on food, supplies, and labor costs.
  • Ensure quality control of raw and cooked food items to meet established standards.
  • Fulfill all necessary duties of kitchen management and staff as required.
  • Maintain company and brand standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Safeguard the proper storage of food and beverage products, managing inventory efficiently while minimizing waste.
