Key Responsibilities:

As a Personal Injury Associate Attorney, your primary duties will include:

1. Managing a diverse range of personal injury cases from initial consultation to trial.
2. Conducting in-depth case evaluations to determine optimal legal strategies.
3. Engaging in pre-litigation processes, including drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements, and preparing clients for litigation.
