Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a Personal Injury Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of personal injury cases from inception through trial.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough and detailed case reviews to determine the best course of legal action.
- Engage in pre-litigation activities such as drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements, and preparing clients for potential litigation.
- Actively participate in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, attending court hearings, and advocating for clients at trial.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the highest level of client service.
- Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to personal injury law to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected.
- A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
- Experience in medical case review, pre-litigation, and/or litigation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and maintaining the highest level of professional ethics.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, while also being capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
