Position:
Assembler I - Shift 3

Job Overview:
This role requires candidates to undergo an onsite interview. Proficiency in verbal English comprehension is essential. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility to rotate through designated operations within the production environment. Willingness to work reasonable overtime as dictated by production management is expected. Strong communication skills are a must, along with the ability to conduct necessary visual inspections and follow verbal instructions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to and comprehend standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Assemble components at the designated production rate.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including but not limited to FDA, Quality Systems Regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and government occupational health and environmental regulations.
4. Actively engage in and promote Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.

Planning and Decision Making:
This position requires adherence to daily production schedules and line quotas, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
