Production Cell Assembler I

We are seeking a skilled Production Cell Assembler I to join our team at Dover. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient assembly and packing of products, as well as the safe operation of production line machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and pack products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
- Operate production line machinery, including manual, automatic, and semi-automatic equipment, to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
- Perform equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Complete daily production logs and required reporting to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of production data.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
