Position Title:
Production Assembler

Compensation:
$15 - $16/hr.

Work Schedule:
6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Location:
Keene, NH

Contract Duration:
6 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Efficiently assemble components to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to FDA regulations and ISO certifications.
- Actively engage in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Planning and Decision-Making:
- Meet daily production schedules and quotas.
- Receive work direction from the Coordinator or designated team leader, following written SOPs or verbal instructions.
- Perform routine tasks in accordance with established engineering specifications and quality requirements.

Impact and Scope:
- Assembly errors are typically identified by fellow operators or through quality control inspections.

Key Relationships:
- Limited interaction with external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- An onsite interview is mandatory for this role.
- Proficient verbal comprehension of English is required.
- Flexibility to rotate among various production operations is essential.
- Willingness to work reasonable overtime as determined by production needs.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capability to perform visual inspections as necessary.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions effectively.
- Willingness to actively participate in team activities.
- Cooperative attitude towards colleagues.
- Adaptability to process changes.
- Capacity to work at a fast-paced and repetitive rate.
- Ability to learn and operate various equipment proficiently.
