Capacity Planning: Implement resource strategies to align operational plans with customer needs, ensuring the right availability and skillset for project fulfillment.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of projects to meet financial goals.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive market analysis, visits, and participation in industry events.
Pricing & Service Optimization: Drive pricing, promotions, and service offerings to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
Investment Management: Oversee capital-intensive investments to meet long-term strategic goals and ensure timely delivery.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Change Management & Compliance: Promote a high-performance culture, drive transformation initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaboration & Vision Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen internal and external relationships, aligning with UL's mission to deliver the highest quality and most customer-centric solutions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the Energy Systems sector.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably with experience managing other leaders.
- Experience managing large capital expenditure (CapEx) projects involving multiple stakeholders is preferred.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of leading diverse teams and making strategic decisions.
- Solid financial acumen, including a clear understanding of how business decisions impact overall results.
- Skilled in performance management, including setting goals, addressing training needs, handling employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and present information in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports, data, market analyses, and legal documents.
- Experience working in diverse cultural environments and collaborating with global teams.
