Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the Energy Systems sector.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably with experience managing other leaders.
  • Experience managing large capital expenditure (CapEx) projects involving multiple stakeholders is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record of leading diverse teams and making strategic decisions.
  • Solid financial acumen, including a clear understanding of how business decisions impact overall results.
  • Skilled in performance management, including setting goals, addressing training needs, handling employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and present information in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports, data, market analyses, and legal documents.
  • Experience working in diverse cultural environments and collaborating with global teams.
