Account Manager Role Overview:
BizLink Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities within your assigned accounts.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that meet the needs of our customers. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key decision-makers and delivering value-added solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in account management or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel regularly (up to 50%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
