Job Title: Tele-Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tele-Sales Director to lead our sales team in targeting real estate investment education, personal branding, and stock investment educational products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and guiding a tele-sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build and guide a tele-sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure the team is meeting sales targets and provide insights to upper-level management.
  • Product Knowledge: Deeply understand our educational offerings and be able to communicate their value to customers.
  • Client Relations: Uphold our standards of professionalism and Christian values in all interactions with customers.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in telephone sales directing and leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of building teams from the ground up and achieving sales targets.
  • Commitment to Christian principles and a passion for helping others.
