Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join MR Electric of Columbus GA. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive high-volume inbound calls and emails from customers.
  • Identify customer reasons for contact and collect relevant information.
  • Provide solutions using premade scripts for various customer service topics.
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with customers using best practices in customer service techniques.
  • Document all customer interactions.
  • Meet personal and team quotas.
  • Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role is preferred.
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management software.
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of active listening techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Highly organized with time management skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
Compensation:

$40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position at MR Electric of Columbus GA.
