The Opportunity: Fully Remote

We are seeking self-driven Commercial Real Estate Agents who are passionate about making a significant impact as part of our growing team. Our goal is to deliver a seamless experience for our clients while supporting you in achieving your objectives, free from the constraints of corporate bureaucracy or restrictions on earnings.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish connections with business owners and potential clients via phone to identify new opportunities using our advanced technology, which allows for 100 calls per hour and improves conversion rates by 22%.
  • Assist clients in making informed, strategic business choices through the application of SkyView's proprietary processes, tools, technology, and resources.
  • Oversee a pipeline of active transactions throughout all phases of the deal-making process.
  • Guide transactions through the critical offer negotiation phase to a successful conclusion.
  • Utilize SkyView's collaborative team environment and access support when needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in investment sales with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong drive to succeed, high integrity, and a commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A willingness to adopt SkyView's proprietary and proven investment sales approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
