Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, particularly in account management and customer service.
2. Proven experience in managing renewals, proposals, certificates, endorsements, and property and casualty insurance.
3. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
4. Excellent analytical skills to assess risk and make informed decisions.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex insurance concepts clearly.
6. Proficiency in insurance software and digital tools.
7. A proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
8. An active Property and Casualty license.
9. A comprehensive understanding of the commercial insurance market and regulatory landscape.
