Daily Responsibilities of an Insurance Agent

As an Insurance Agent, you play a crucial role in supporting both our clients and the insurance companies we collaborate with. Each day, you arrive ready to attract new clients and assist our existing clients in achieving their goals. When inquiries arise, you attentively listen to identify the core issue. You then apply your strong problem-solving abilities to find solutions. At times, you may need to contact the insurance company for further information, while other situations may require only your training and expertise.

Additionally, you will encourage clients to explore supplementary products that can safeguard their businesses, properties, or personal lives. With a thorough understanding of our offerings, you guide them toward the solutions that best align with their needs. Your passion for helping individuals secure their futures makes discussing our services a natural and enjoyable part of your work.


Qualifications
  • Valid Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty Agent license
  • Demonstrated sales experience and customer service expertise with both individual and commercial clients
  • Ability to cross-sell various products

If you enjoy networking, cold calling, and leveraging referrals from existing clients, and possess excellent listening and communication skills, you may be well-suited for this sales and customer service role.


Work Schedule

This position offers a balanced work schedule of Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
