We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding government and education clients through the selection of fiber-based networking and managed solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with government, K-12 and university clients to highlight how our telecommunications products can resolve their complex technology needs.
- Provide dedicated account management and proactively pursue new clients using business development strategies.
- Travel and consult with established and prospective clients to develop product solutions.
- Navigate government and education procurement processes to set up successful sales.
- Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers and conduct negotiations.
- Travel to client sites to manage field sales activities.
- Identify target markets, industries and contacts to expand product portfolio.
- Encourage client retention through coordinated efforts with multiple internal teams.
- Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer.
- Three or more years of outside telecommunications-related sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Network building, negotiation, closing and interpersonal English communication skills.
- Quick learner, deadline-driven and the ability to multitask.
- Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
- Three or more years of experience in B2B sales selling data, voice, cloud or video solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience working with state and local government or education.
