The RN Resident is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.

In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN Resident delivers individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' The RN Resident advocates for patients, families, and caregivers to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Assess patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift as scheduled, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.

Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed by the medical provider(s). Document the administration of care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
Provide exceptional care by responding swiftly to patient requests.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures.

Translate complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
Some travel may be required for training.
