Job Overview

Aspire MRO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and reinforcing standards, expectations, goals, and ideals of the Company to all new and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions and provide technical support as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule initial and recurrent training for employees.
  • Develop and maintain training records in training software.
  • Provide reports for internal and external customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or when a need is identified.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of overall aviation related experience, to include a minimum of 1 year experience directly related to training.
  • Proficient in data entry and creation of MS Excel templates and spreadsheets, and MS PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to learn and be independently competent with company Training software.
  • Ability to convey clear and concise material to others in a training capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with part 145 Repair Station Training requirements.
  • Experience in creating training materials for the aviation industry.
  • Associates degree or higher in a relevant field.

Work Environment:

This job operates in indoor and, occasionally, outdoor settings. The indoor settings include office and warehouse/airplane hangar environments which require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines and safety gear. The outdoor settings include airplane runways and parking lots.

The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud. Occasionally subject to varying inside and/or outside temperatures, which may include extreme heat (temperatures above 100 degrees) or extreme cold (temperatures below 32 degrees).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand.
