Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage admissions, utilization review, and benefits verification processes.
  • Provide facilities with timely and accurate information on payments, claims, and billing.
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly calls to discuss A/R and address questions.
  • Generate out-of-network rate quotes and provide estimates.
  • Prepare and send weekly reporting on paid subscriber payments and insurance payments.
  • Facilitate the exchange of missing information to enable medical records processing.
  • Reconcile end-of-month processes and notify facilities of policy terms in real-time.
  • Credential new facilities and update Salesforce with contract information.
  • Monitor AR reviews to stay current on outstanding claims.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health account management, client services, or revenue management.
  • Knowledge of admissions, utilization review, and benefits verification.
