Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a strong deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by demonstrating a command presence and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and secure store environment by identifying and reporting potential security risks and collaborating with store leadership to implement effective solutions.
  • Engage with customers and associates in high-risk areas to promote a positive and respectful experience, while also identifying opportunities to reduce theft and fraud.
  • Support the development and implementation of shortage reduction programs and processes, including training and coaching associates on asset protection procedures.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to prepare and execute semi-annual inventory processes and develop action plans to reduce shortage.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail loss prevention or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, associates, and store leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address security risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
