Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies and sales initiatives to drive growth in equipment finance business
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitors to inform sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with equipment dealers, commercial customers, and other stakeholders
- Manage a profitable individual commercial lease and loan portfolio
- Perform ongoing reviews of the portfolio to ensure alignment with customer needs and market opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership and equipment dealers to meet company goals and initiatives
- Travel frequently to equipment dealers, clients, and trade shows to promote equipment finance services
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent
- 8 years of commercial lending or commercial equipment finance experience with emphasis on evaluation/origination of large/complex credits
- Completion of CFB4 training within the first year
- Completion of Certified Lease & Financial Professional (CLFP) within first 24 months
- Previous experience in a banking or finance environment
- Supervisory and/or management level experience preferred
