Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and sales initiatives to drive growth in equipment finance business
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitors to inform sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with equipment dealers, commercial customers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage a profitable individual commercial lease and loan portfolio
  • Perform ongoing reviews of the portfolio to ensure alignment with customer needs and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and equipment dealers to meet company goals and initiatives
  • Travel frequently to equipment dealers, clients, and trade shows to promote equipment finance services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent
  • 8 years of commercial lending or commercial equipment finance experience with emphasis on evaluation/origination of large/complex credits
  • Completion of CFB4 training within the first year
  • Completion of Certified Lease & Financial Professional (CLFP) within first 24 months
  • Previous experience in a banking or finance environment
  • Supervisory and/or management level experience preferred
