Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Your primary goal will be to educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals
Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
Develop new sales techniques to increase revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements

2+ years of outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
