Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst, Global Risk will be responsible for managing the preparation and filing of state license applications and renewals within the United States. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively work and communicate collaboratively with multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong management skills, and attention to detail and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure appropriate governance is in place for critical Licensing information
  • Ensure compliance with all license requirements held
  • Communicate progress toward key licensing initiatives to senior leaders
  • Complete applications for new licenses and license renewals to enable PayPal's product offerings
  • Prepare quarterly, semiannual, annual, and any other miscellaneous state reports
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to source data and other requirements to fulfill reporting demands (call reports, transaction data, and compliance information)
  • Review state regulatory requirements and update PayPal procedures and calendars to ensure compliance
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the preparation of state regulatory reports preferred (including money transmission, gaming, and lending)
  • Experience in use of Nationwide Multi-State Licensing System (NMLS) preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in an innovative manner
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
