Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries about accounts, products, pricing, and services, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Identify customer needs and provide timely solutions, ensuring a positive experience for both counter and phone customers.
  • Process orders, provide quotes, and enter orders into the system while keeping customers informed about their order status.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information effectively to customers.
  • Utilize product knowledge to provide technical advice, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Promote additional products and services by recognizing related needs and informing customers of ongoing promotions.
  • Maintain clean and well-stocked merchandise displays.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This position is primarily indoors in a comfortable setting, with minimal unpleasant conditions. Most tasks can be performed while seated, with occasional opportunities for movement and light lifting.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, along with specialized training or certification as needed. Typically, candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience.
