Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Donor Events to join our Philanthropy team. The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of donor events, including exhibition openings, donor programs, and member events. This is a full-time position, approximately 35 hours per week, with a salary range of $99,725 - $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the planning and execution of donor events, including exhibition openings, donor programs, and member events.
  2. Oversee expense projections and expense budgets for donor and member events.
  3. Develop and implement event marketing plans to drive engagement and yield.
  4. Collaborate with Philanthropy teams to drive a comprehensive engagement strategy for donor and member events.
  5. Supervise two direct reports and build strong relationships with internal partners.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of six years of experience in Development or Special Events, preferably in the arts or a related non-profit cultural institution.
  • Proven skills and ability to manage projects and complex events from ideation to execution.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-minded workstyle.
