Patient Care Associate

Position Overview:
In this role, you will work under the direct guidance of the registered nurse and charge nurse to ensure a secure and supportive environment for patients, their families, and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the tasks assigned for the shift while maintaining effective communication regarding patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring 36 hours per week with variable shifts.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Completion of a Medical Terminology course or passing the hospital's Medical Terminology test within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Preferred:
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
