We are seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Collins Auto Group. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills, and training abilities, you will be responsible for managing all areas of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage wholesale, retail, purchasing, and marketing departments.
  • Utilize internet and retail tools such as V-auto and E-car list.
  • Forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales, gross profit, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Closely work with lenders and handle customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high standards for delivery of vehicles to customers and ensure sales representatives follow dealership policies.
  • Train and lead sales staff, promoting excellent communication skills and customer satisfaction.
