Job Title: Store Manager

The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of O'Reilly Auto Parts, overseeing the daily operations of a retail store. This position demands a unique blend of business acumen, leadership skills, and customer service expertise.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Profitability: Achieve and maintain sales growth, ensuring the store's profitability and overall performance meet company expectations.
  • Store Appearance and Operations: Maintain a visually appealing store that adheres to company image standards, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise store team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their roles' objectives.
  • Customer Service: Foster excellent customer relationships, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
  • Scheduling and Timekeeping: Develop and post work schedules, reviewing team member timecards for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and district managers.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and customer service strategies.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and store profitability.
