  9. Develop and sustain relationships with physicians and administrative leaders across various regions.
  10. Conduct regular meetings with hospital and medical group administration to align on recruitment strategies.
  11. Provide consultation on compensation, contract structures, and workforce planning.
  12. Report on recruitment metrics and engage in special projects as requested by leadership.
  13. Participate in strategic discussions to identify and address talent shortages.
  14. Foster collaborative relationships with executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
  15. Communicate effectively and proactively with all relevant parties.
  16. Assist with credentialing, pre-boarding, and licensure processes for providers.
  17. Ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  18. Uphold the ethical standards and mission of Providence Health & Services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
