Sales and Business Development Specialist

As an Inside Sales Representative at Gerdau, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building relationships with customers in the steel industry. Key Responsibilities:- SOURCE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BY BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND IDENTIFYING THEIR NEEDS
- SUPPORT THE SALE OF GERDAU PRODUCTS THROUGH OUTBOUND SALES CALLS AND COORDINATE SALES EFFORTS WITH OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES
- ANALYZE CUSTOMER DATA TO IDENTIFY TRENDS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE STEEL INDUSTRY OR A RELATED FIELD
- A BACHELOR'S DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF MEETING OR EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
