Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at Gerdau, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building relationships with customers in the steel industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SOURCE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BY BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND IDENTIFYING THEIR NEEDS
  • SUPPORT THE SALE OF GERDAU PRODUCTS THROUGH OUTBOUND SALES CALLS AND COORDINATE SALES EFFORTS WITH OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES
  • ANALYZE CUSTOMER DATA TO IDENTIFY TRENDS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
Requirements:
  • MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE STEEL INDUSTRY OR A RELATED FIELD
  • A BACHELOR'S DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF MEETING OR EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
