Sales and Business Development Manager

We're looking for dedicated and passionate Sales Representatives to join our Richmond, VA team As a Sales Representative with Conserva Irrigation of Richmond, you'll play a vital role in expanding our reach in the community by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

About Our Opportunity:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary, plus a lucrative commission structure based on sales performance. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, builders, and general contractors.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to accurately estimate project costs and prepare detailed proposals.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure accurate project specifications and seamless project execution.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our services.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and expand the client base.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the irrigation, landscaping, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and installation practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
