Executive Compensation Lead

SoFi is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Lead to join our Total Rewards team. This leadership role will oversee the design, development, implementation, and communication of our executive compensation practices, programs, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute executive compensation programs and policies to attract and retain leadership talent.
  • Provide technical expertise on executive compensation design, policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance.
  • Develop and oversee key performance dashboards using internal and external benchmark data to measure performance and support decision-making.
  • Provide analytical and technical support for executive compensation programs and assist in preparing materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
  • Work closely with external executive compensation consultants and monitor developments in executive compensation regulation, disclosure, and proxy advisor policies.
  • Lead the internal team in developing proxy CD&A materials and partner with Stock Administration and other internal partners to manage global equity incentives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of related experience in compensation, including prior experience in executive compensation at public companies and/or supporting executive compensation at management consulting firms.
  • Expert knowledge in executive compensation practices, regulations, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of how to navigate strategic and analytical aspects of the position.
  • Demonstrated program management skills with experience operationalizing complex initiatives into systematic and efficient work streams.
