The Senior Electrical Assembler plays a crucial role in interpreting wiring schematics and blueprints to construct electrical panels and execute wiring tasks for company machinery. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical wiring for all company machinery, including heater boxes, paint kitchens, and batch burn-off ovens.
  • Work closely with the internal design team to address quality concerns and contribute to effective solutions.
  • Handle conduit installation, including cutting, threading, and pulling wire, as well as terminating connections.
  • Guide and mentor junior electrical assemblers, exemplifying GFS' core values and workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Associate's Degree in electro-mechanical or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UL and NEC Codes is essential.
  • Proven track record of process improvement initiatives.
