About the Role
The Senior Electrical Assembler plays a crucial role in interpreting and executing wiring diagrams and blueprints to construct electrical panels and conduct wiring for various equipment. This position involves assembling panels according to specifications, which includes the layout and physical installation of devices and wiring as per the provided designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute electrical wiring for all company machinery, including heater boxes, paint kitchens, and batch burn-off ovens.
- Work closely with the internal design team to address quality concerns and contribute to effective solutions.
- Handle conduit installation, including cutting, threading, and pulling wire, as well as terminating connections.
- Guide and mentor junior electrical assemblers, exemplifying GFS' core values and culture.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Associate's Degree in electro-mechanical or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with UL and NEC Codes.
- Proven track record of process enhancement.
