Join VML as a Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team in Seattle. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative output for our largest technology client and driving the development of innovative and award-winning campaigns.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the creative process and the ability to manage and direct multiple creative teams. You will be responsible for setting the creative vision for the team, inspiring and motivating team members, and building relationships with senior clients and internal discipline leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies for large-scale campaigns and social media initiatives
  • Lead and manage multiple creative teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality work
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our work
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of creative experience, with a strong background in art direction or copywriting
  • Proven track record of creating and overseeing award-winning campaigns and social media initiatives
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders
