About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at VML. As a key member of our creative leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative and award-winning campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct multiple creative teams to deliver high-quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive business results and build strong brand relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our work is always cutting-edge and innovative.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of creative experience, with a strong background in art direction or copywriting.
  • Proven track record of delivering award-winning work and leading high-performing creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong understanding of the strategic and creative process, with the ability to develop and execute effective creative strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000-$230,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
