Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our brand's visual identity and creative direction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining our brand's aesthetic and creative output across all marketing materials, product packaging, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the overall creative strategy for our brand, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
- Create breakthrough brand campaigns and oversee the execution of all creative needs, including site, digital marketing, visual merchandising, and retail activations.
- Establish strong brand guidelines and maintain, enforce, and evolve our brand identity to ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials, product packaging, and digital platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team of 15 servicing all business functions.
- Collaborate with international creative leads to ensure consistent brand expression.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas and technologies into the creative process.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously at a fast pace, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Oversee the creative budget and allocate resources effectively.
- 12+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various media, with an emphasis on brand consistency.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
