Lead Business Development Representative

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and leading a small team to achieve sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a small team of sales representatives to achieve sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
