About Down To Earth:

Down To Earth is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, this role will play a critical role in supporting the branch with all aspects of office administration.

About the Role:

We are offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the application and onboarding process for all candidates and new hires, facilitating the uniform order request process at the branch level, and assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing management for the branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage branch reporting for the operational leadership team
  • Assist operational leaders with work order management
  • Handle customer service inquiries and manage inbound calls
  • Greet visitors and manage walk-in applicant traffic
  • Maintain an orderly file keeping system
  • Order branch office supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience to include onboarding
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent, Associates Degree is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Landscape or Construction industry experience
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
