We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO of Richmond, Rosenberg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving revenue growth in our assigned sales territory.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

- Utilize marketing software to track lead activity and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales territory performance.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
- Minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
- Strong process and results-driven attitude.
- Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
