Training and Development Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Training and Development Intern to join our team. This role will involve training across multiple departments while multi-tasking to complete a variety of day-to-day job functions.
Responsibilities- Training Delivery: Prepare, deliver, and document Diversity Equity & Inclusion training, Leadership Trainings, and various other training courses to seasonal and full-time staff members.
- Learning Management System Maintenance: Maintain the Dayforce Learning Management System for all HR trainings and work with departments on LMS compliance for department-specific trainings.
- Training Content Development: Assist in developing training content for a variety of deliveries, including eLearnings, PowerPoints, training videos, participant/facilitator guides, and learning assessments.
- Tracking and Completion: Work with other T&D interns to maintain the tracking and completion for all trainings and the sequence of trainings each associate is responsible for. Communicate with associates on next steps and work with departments to maintain enrollments and training requirements.
