Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Applications Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our end-users, troubleshoot complex software issues, and develop new solutions to improve our business processes. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our internal customers, including operations, development, and other business units.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management or related field
  • At least two years of progressive experience in the installation, maintenance, and operation of computer software systems and applications
  • Experience in SQL administration, SSRS, and Crystal Reports
