A Day in the Life:

  • Develop and implement plans to drive growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits.
  • Promote the entire line of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers.
  • Work with local Store Managers to identify customer needs and develop solutions aligned with NAPA's offerings.
  • Collaborate with manufacturer's representatives to improve program offerings and customer knowledge of lines.
  • Engage customers through NAPA's eSales programs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in a Retail store or outside sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Basic selling skills, including preparing for sales calls, managing customer meetings, and closing sales.
  • Ability to present information in group meetings and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years.
