We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Insurance and Patient Account Coordinator. This role involves resolving outstanding insurance and patient balances, filing insurance claims, and posting payments and refunds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve delinquent patient accounts within 90 days
  • Filing insurance claims and responding to patient and insurance inquiries
  • Contact patients for pre-payments and manage lockbox items
