About the RoleAs a member of our team at Ridge Tefft - State Farm Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced agent who is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing them with personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns.
- Insurance Sales: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Marketing and Sales: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the agent and other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry, is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
- Self-Motivation: A self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Insurance Licenses: A Property and Casualty license is required, and a Life and Health license is preferred.
