We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Kellogg Community Credit Union. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the business community through commercial loans, deposit products, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers to promote our products and services.
  • Originate commercial lending through the interview and pre-screen process for loan requests.
  • Represent the Credit Union to identified groups and individuals to market and promote business services.
  • Exceed the Credit Union's service values and standards of a world-class experience for members.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of similar or related experience.
  • Experience equivalent to that of a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lending terms and practices.
  • Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, written and oral.
  • Ability to interact with others on a regular basis and build relationships.
