In this role, you will be part of a lean, fast-growing team of talented engineers and technical product managers shaping the future of Bosch Home Comfort North America Cloud, IoT, Mobile, and Software Applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based applications in an agile work environment.
- Contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of cloud-based IoT applications, ensuring quality, reliability, usability, and performance of deliverables.
- Advocate best practices to the distributed development team throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure high quality, automation, scalability, and delivery excellence.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Cloud Engineer, preferably on AWS.
- 3+ years of cloud computing principles and architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- 2+ years of experience in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- 5+ years of experience with AWS services like Lambda, SQS, S3, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.
- 3+ years of experience developing applications and APIs in object-oriented programming languages such as Node.js or Java.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud-native languages such as Node.js or Python.
- 3+ years of experience working with enterprise-scale cloud, DevOps automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated time-management skills to complete assignments while meeting critical deadlines.
- Atlassian's tools for work management and adept writing skills.
- AWS certifications are a plus.
