Staff Software Engineer

Our platform seamlessly connects people, systems, and processes to empower organizations to find smarter, faster, and better ways to work. We're looking for a talented software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive and scalable web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Build and maintain modular, reusable web components and full-stack solutions for customer-facing websites and applications.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java.
- Ensure optimal performance and scalability of websites and applications through code optimization and architecture best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to rapidly prototype and implement web pages from wireframes and design files.
- Manage projects and deliver high-quality software solutions from concept to deployment, including automated testing and continuous integration.
- Efficiently lead service providers (SPs) on feature implementations with minimal supervision.
- Participate in peer code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 or newer versions) or AEM Cloud, including building and managing enterprise-grade CMS solutions.
- Strong back-end development experience with Java, including expertise in APIs, server-side logic, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
- Experience with AEM Components, Sightly, Sling models, Workflows, Servlets and OSGI Services.
- Expertise in modern front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and experience with responsive design and adaptive techniques.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Web Components or React with experience building modular components.
- Experience in unit testing and test automation for both front-end and back-end code.
- Knowledge of web optimization techniques for maximum performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Webpack, NPM, GitHub, and SonarQube.
- Passion for software engineering, reusability, and building scalable and clean solutions.
- Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
