Dentsply Sirona, a leading manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, is seeking a skilled Software Automation Engineer to join its team. As a key member of our software organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing solutions for our cloud-based software applications.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in writing automated tests and a good understanding of software testing concepts. They will also be familiar with modern DevOps and agile development methodologies, as well as CI/CD pipelines and containerization.

As a Software Automation Engineer at Dentsply Sirona, you will work closely with our development teams to ensure the high quality and reliability of our software applications. You will be responsible for developing test automation solutions using Golang and the Gherkin/Cucumber framework, as well as integrating test execution and reporting into our CI/CD pipeline.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing test automation solutions for cloud-based software applications
  • Integrating test execution and reporting into CI/CD pipelines
  • Developing interfaces to issue tracking and monitoring services
  • Supporting teams in increasing requirements and code coverage of automated testing
  • Improving reporting of automated test results and their inclusion in product documentation
